FROZEN SHOULDER

 My husband was diagnosed by his Doctor as having a frozen shoulder or ‘rotator cuff syndrome’
 
 Various drugs and painkillers were tried, but they seemed to have no effect.
 
 The Doctor suggested a change of occupation, a virtual impossibility at his age, and being self-employed, A.C.C. did not want to know.
 
 A friend, who is a Bioptron Light Agent offered to give my husband a treatment. He did not feel a great deal of difference at once, but I decided in true womanly fashion that I had to have one. I could see many uses for it.
 
 My husband ( a true skeptic ) looked at the light with disdain, but I said, I’ve bought it now, you might as well use it!.
 He is now telling people how wonderful the Bioptron Light is.
 
 He did use it twice a day and after a week he had 60% movement in his arm. As improvement continued he moved to daily treatments. He is now back in full work and only uses the light if he feels a twinge in his shoulder during the day.
 
 He works as a handy man, painting, wall papering, building decks etc, so his arm is in constant use.
 
 I treat my family and grandchildren when ailments arise.
 
 I am now a Bioptron Agent and the greatest reward is seeing the improvement when treating ailments that people have endured, sometimes for years.
 

 BRUISED SOLES
 ( HORSES )

 CASE STUDY treatment of horse with severe stone bruise-abscess.
 
 I discovered Poppy lying I her paddock looking very miserable. It was quite and effort to get her to stand and when she did we could only move her three steps at a time on her way to the stables for treatment. She would not put weight on her off fore at all.
 
 I diagnosed that she was suffering from a stone bruise and proceeded to treat her with Bioptron colour Therapy and also with White Light Therapy.
 
 After each treatment there was a marked improvement and she was obviously in less pain. After 5 treatments she was running around the paddock with her paddock mates.
 
 I have treated many stone bruises since on other peoples horses and the bonus is that there is no ‘break out’ which means no damage to the sole or the coronet.
 
 My horses are ‘barefoot’ so if I ride them on stony ground at any time I treat their feet with the blue colour, which prevents bruising.

 REMOVAL OF BONE CHIP
 ( PONY )

 CASE STUDY
 I treated a pony, which had sustained a severe hock injury in an accident involving a high tensile wire fence.
 
 The injury was 18 months old and had had extensive veterinary treatment and had been treated with various antibiotics with little effect.
 
 An X-ray showed a bone chip and damage to the canon bone, which had happened when she struggled to pull her leg from the wire.
 
 After 5 days of treatment the swelling had reduced greatly and a ‘pimple’ had appeared in the area where the bone chip was situated.
 
 Next day, much to my amazement, a split appeared below the ‘pimple’ and out popped the bone chip. Why do we never have the video camera when we need it!!!
 
 I continued to treat the pony until her owner decided to buy her own light and treat the pony at home.
 

 BACK PAIN FROM ILL FITTING SADDLE
 ( HORSE )

 I recently treated a horse, which had been ridden for a long period in an ill-fitting saddle.
 
 The horse was lame and moving somewhat crabwise
 
 Quite a number of treatments were required as the horse had extensive muscle damage in the saddle area and also damage caused to other parts of his body due to compensation in an attempt to relive his back pain.
 
 On the first day he was very difficult to treat as he refused to stand still.
 
 Next day he was much more co-operative and licked, chewed, yawned and regularly looked round at whatever area I was treating as if to say, ‘that’s the spot.’
 
 The horse, which had previously been hard to catch, now started to meet me in the paddock and happily follow me to the treatment area.
 
 To my amazement I went out one morning to find that he had jumped out of his paddock and was waiting at his treatment area.
 He did this twice more until I put him into a jump proof paddock. I could not risk him hurting himself.
 
 He has returned home, TO HIS HAPPY OWNERS and will be slowly brought back into work with his new carefully fitted SADDLE.

 INJURED JACK RUSSEL DOG

 SPIKE the Jack Russell terrier came home one day in a distressed state.
He had injuries, which I could only think came from his being squashed by one of the cows. He may have gone too close to her calf.

The first treatment I gave him was with the Orange Light as this is an excellent colour when the patient is in shock and he was trembling uncontrollably

I lay him on his bed and carefully examined him. He had a graze under his forearm on one side and another on the other side.

I treated him for bruising and inflammation. He would lift his little legs up so that I could get to the right spot on each side.

I repeated the treatments during the day and by next morning he looked happier.
However that evening he began to feel spongy in his belly area.
Worried that he perhaps had some internal injury, I took him to the Vet.

He was surprised that there was no bruising, ( thanks Bioptron Light.)

He could not find any damage so I took him home and continued with my treatments.

Next day he began to discharge serumy looking fluid from his nave so I continued treatments and in two days the discharge had stopped and the area was healed.

He is a happy boy again and has caught scores of rabbits since his mishap.

These are just a few of the remarkable successes that people and animals have had with this gentle Therapy.

I have personally seen how this light can accelerate healing with a friend that had 3rd degree burns to her ankle and borrowed a light for a week to use on the burn.
Her healing rate has astounded her doctors and they put her burn 6-12 months ahead of what they normally see.

Also when my stepfather broke his leg, compound fracture, I borrowed a light and visited him in hospital with it a couple of times. This combined with the Arnica that I left for him to put in his drink, hastened the healing of his leg beyond what the doctors had expected.
